Park Rules
These rules are in place to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all our guests.
Behavioral Standards
- The following actions will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the park:
- drug and alcohol abuse
- domestic abuse
- disorderly conduct
- disturbing the peace
- and theft of property (including park-owned and residents’ property)
Speed Limit
- Please be mindful and control your speed, especially over speed bumps.
Child Supervision
- Children under 18 years of age must be supervised at all times.
Quiet Hours
- To be considerate to our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Please be respectful at all times.
Pets
- Pets (dogs and cats) must always be kept on a leash and under control.
- No aggressive or bully breeds permitted (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc.).
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including in the designated dog walk area.
- Please do not leave pets unattended outside.
- Excessive barking can disturb neighbors.
- If walking your pets after dark, carry a flashlight, and do not leave pet food outside.
Maintenance Issues
- Please alert the on-site management to any issues with electrical plugs, breakers, cable connections, or water leaks as soon as possible.
Equipment Standards
- All RVs and mobile homes must have their connections (electric, cable, water, and sewer) in good working order and free from leaks.
- Each unit must have either a 90-degree connector or a donut to seal the sewer line, preferably encased in 4-inch PVC pipe.
- Power lines, water hoses, and cable lines should be bundled and elevated off the ground when running to the power pedestal to prevent damage from lawn maintenance.
Site Appearance
- If you choose to personalize your site, you are responsible for maintaining its appearance, including weed whacking around any items placed on the ground.
Construction Approval
- Any construction of decks, porches, patios, ramps, etc., must be approved in advance by management.
Camping Units and Vehicles
- Only one camping unit may be plugged in or occupied per site, with a limit of two vehicles.
- Any additional vehicles, utility trailers, or boats must receive prior approval from management.
- Only golf carts and four-wheelers are permitted; mini-bikes, go-karts, and electric scooters are not allowed.
- Everyone under 18 must wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear.
Selling and Soliciting
- No selling or soliciting in the park is allowed without prior approval from management.
Waste Disposal
- Do not empty grease into the septic tanks.
- Instead, dispose of grease in sealed containers in the dumpster with household trash.
- The dumpster is for household trash only; all boxes should be broken down.
- Do not leave old appliances, furniture, mattresses, or remodeling debris near the dumpsters; take them to the landfill.
Storage and Organization
- Clutter and items needing outdoor storage should be kept in containers under your rig or in approved storage buildings on site.
Injury Responsibility
- Residents should exercise caution regarding walks, steps, and drives.
- The park is not responsible for injuries or lost property incurred by residents, guests, or invitees due to other residents’ actions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Transportation
- Golf carts and any other mode of transportation used within the park must have working headlights if driven after dark.
Hurricane Preparedness
- During hurricane season, a mandatory evacuation of the county means all residents must leave the park.
- Before departing, please turn off propane tanks, disconnect the water hose, unplug the power cord, and store yard decorations, chairs, and grills inside your RV.
Additional Rules
- Residents agree to abide by any additional rules and regulations set forth by management to maintain the park’s attractiveness and livability.
